We strive to provide our customers with decent sized portions, good food quality and great taste. We make choices for food’s sake such as making sauces and fresh pizza dough (winter only). We are constantly training our staff to improve service by continually taking them to food and wine seminars, taking to taste what other restaurants are offering, and continuing to take customer feedback constructively. All these things have made us improve since 1984 and make us stand out from other restaurants ‘just off the highway for a quick bite’. We care about our food, our service, and our customers.
